One Way Home is a transmedia documentary project that developed as a web documentary, and 3-channel video installation. Originating deep in the heart of Texas, this is a powerful, intimate, and tender exploration into the nation's only travel initiative for individuals living with and dying from AIDS. Working with the organization Home for the Holidays, founded by Rodd Gray in the early 1990s (AKA the infamous drag performer Patti Le Plae Safe), The artist spent two years chronicling the community, its history, and individual narratives.

This project was developed over two hackathons, and with the support of POV digital/ PBS.
